Glacier Park Motel and Campground Policies
Glacier Park Motel and Campground (hereafter "Resort") has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server does not automatically recognize any information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
A. Reservation Confirmation / Prepayment
Upon making a reservation with our Resort by e-mail or phone, you will be given a confirmation number.  The confirmation number will be sent to you by e-mail only if an address was given to us when making the reservation.  Since it is not within our control if an e-mail received by you is considered "spam" and/or returned, we will not call or attempt to contact you in the event that occurs.  As it is our policy to require prepayment for reservations, if your credit card has been appropriately charged (posted to "Rex Management, Inc."), you can assume we have expeditiously held for you the accommodation requested.  Should you have any questions as to the accommodations reserved for you, please call the Resort at (406) 892-7686 to verify.

B. Reservation Cancellation Policy
The Resort cancellation policy requires 72-hour notice before your scheduled check- in time for a single accommodation reservation.  If you are unable to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your check-in, you will be charged for the first day of your scheduled stay.  There is a two-week cancellation notice required for two reserved accommodations; failure to cancel within this period will result in a charge for two days of each accommodation reserved (you will be charged for all reserved accommodations if they had been reserved for one night only).  Reservation of three or more accommodations is non-refundable.  Refunds will be returned by mail upon receipt of an address in the form of a check.  PLEASE NOTE that cancellations are subject to a $5 administration charge per accommodation.

Smoking / Dog Policies
As a sponsor and advocate of the American Heart Association, we are proud to be able to offer smoke-free accommodations.  For our guests who do smoke, there is a designated area adjacent to the lobby where you may smoke and properly dispose of butts.  Violation of our smoke-free policy will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

We love dogs, but are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by your pet; that is the responsibility of the pet owner.  Please keep your dog under control at all times while on the property, leash preferred, do not allow them to bark or disturb other guests, do not leave them in your room if they will whine, bark or cause any property damage, do not allow them up on the bed (housekeeping will appreciate this very much), and PLEASE clean up your dog's waste and put it in an outdoor dumpster so everyone can enjoy our grounds.

A. Sharing And Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

How can you stop receiving e-mail from us?  Each e-mail sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving e-mail from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any e-mail.

B. While Browsing Our Website
While you explore our Website for the information that interests you, you may wish to put in a specific "Information Request" about our Resort, or you may wish to participate in one of our on-line surveys or promotions. To respond to this request or to participate in our various programs, we may ask you for Personal Information, such as your name, zip/postal code, e-mail address, and phone number.

In the event you choose to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose we have specified to you. We will only e-mail you if you want us to, and you can choose a number of alternate methods by which to receive a reply to a request. Your transmittal of your personal data shall constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy. If you are uncomfortable providing this information over the Internet, you can always call our Reservations Office at (406) 892-7686.

If you wish, you may also submit your e-mail address in order to be placed on a subscription list or to receive other information. You will be placed on these lists only when you indicate your desire to be included. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for internal purposes - we do not sell or rent our lists to anyone. In the event you choose to join one of our lists, you may ask to be removed from the list at any time. Visitors will always have the ability to accept or decline any form of communication from the Resort.

C. When Making A Reservation On-Line
1. From Our Website:
If you decide that you would like to make an on-line reservation with the Resort, you will be linked to Expedia's reservation service site, expedia.com.  You can search for rates and availability for our Resort without providing any Personal Information.  Please note that only a few room accommodations are posted with Expedia at any given time.

Visitors to expedia.com who elect to make reservations online may be required to complete a reservation profile the first time they make a reservation. When you create a reservation profile, you will be asked to provide specific Personal Information including your name, address and contact information, as well as credit card information to secure your reservation.  The Resort does not have access to any of this information; it remains solely under the protection and policies of expedia.com.

Once your reservation is completed with expedia.com, the Resort will be sent only your name, number in your party, and dates of arrival and departure.  Upon receipt of this information, the Resort handles it in exactly the same way as if you had called us directly or if your travel agent made the reservation.

2. Through Our Resort Office:
Reservations can also be made by calling our reservation office directly at (406) 892-7686 or by e-mail to glacierparkmotel@centurytel.net.  When you make a reservation we will ask you for Personal Information such as your name, address, telephone number, and method of payment.  We may also obtain from you any room preferences or special requests.  Confirmation of your reservation will be provided to you, generally by e-mail, directly from the Resort.

3. During Your Stay At Our Resort:
During your stay, we record your itemized spending to properly assemble your folio, which sets out your room rate and other expenses billed to your room.  We also record this information to comply with financial reporting requirements, including those imposed by our auditors and government regulators.  We may also collect certain information as required by local laws (e.g. passport number).  Information particular to your stay may also be stored (i.e. health issues, payment difficulties, special requests, service issues).  This stay specific information is stored in the property management system at the Resort.

In addition, we may retain the content of any document (including letters, comment cards, electronic documents such as e-mails and other similar forms of communication) that you send us before, during or following your stay.  This information may be shared with employees of the hotel, but will not be shared with any third party.

D. How Do We Store Personal Information?
1. At The Resort:  Our Resort goes to great measures to ensure that all Personal Information is kept in a secure location.  Furthermore, we take steps to ensure that only designated individuals have access to this information.

2. In Our Guest Reservation System:  In order to serve you better we also store certain guest information in our Guest Reservation System.  Our reservations software is a secure customer database stored on a dedicated server.
